Spaces and support designed around the IDD community—for the people we serve and the families who love them.
Every blood draw starts with trust. We take the time to learn who you are, what makes you feel safe, and how we can work together to make this a positive experience. The blood draw is the last step—not the first.
How our approach worksReserve a private, sensory-friendly room to play, decompress, and enjoy time together in a space designed for comfort. This is your community—a place free from judgment where no apologies are needed.
Practice what a doctor or dentist visit looks and feels like before your real appointment. Build confidence, create your own Steps Card, and walk into your next appointment prepared.
A private, accessible restroom with a full-size adult changing table—open to the entire IDD community and their families. No membership required. Just come in.
Licensed therapists and ABA providers can hold their own membership with Nexus and use our sensory-friendly space with their clients—a community-based setting that isn’t a home or a clinic.
Tell us a little about your family and what you’re looking for, and we’ll help you find the right fit.
